Kevin Culp

Kevin Culp is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners.  He focuses on helping Radial’s portfolio companies with complex accounting and tax matters; senior finance management augmentation and transition services; and transactional due diligence, structuring, and integration support. 

Kevin previously was the Chief Financial Officer for Rotorcraft Leasing Company, a private equity-sponsored company.  Formerly, he was a partner in the transaction services group of Crowe and spent several years with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in a variety of capacities, including M&A transaction services, audit, SOX and SEC compliance, and initial and secondary public debt and equity offerings.
