Damon Chang

Damon Chang is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity partners. He serves as an in-house resource to Radial’s portfolio companies with respect to strategic initiatives in supply chain and operations, supporting growth, profitability, and best practices.  

Damon has 20+ years of experience with global supply chains and international operations, having lived abroad for almost a decade setting up, running, and leading manufacturing facilities and supply chain teams in China, Vietnam, Brazil, Taiwan, and India.
