Dan Chen

Dan Chen is a Senior Advisor at Radial Equity Partners.  His role is to provide industry domain expertise to selected portfolio companies, supporting their strategy development and execution.

In 2023, Dan retired from 3M, where he was the President of the Transportation Safety Division.  In his 30 years at 3M, Dan had roles in product development, strategy, M&A and business management. 

Currently, Dan serves on the boards of Plasticade, Frontline Road Safety Group, Vigilant Diagnostics and Sustainable Resources Center (non-profit). He is also an advisor to the World Health Organization in the area of road safety.
